All electrical work will be carried out in accordance with BS 7671: 2018 (IET wiring regulation 18th edition).
Omnia Electrical guaranties all electrical work conducted by them for a period of 12 months from completion providing that the work carried out is not altered, interfered with or changed in any way,(including third party repairs).
Omnia Electrical does not provide guaranties on customer supplied accessories e.g. switches, sockets,light fittings etc.
Omnia Electrical will take every care to avoid unnecessary damage during the execution of works. However, dependent on the works contracted to do. There may be times where slight damage may be caused are inevitable. E.g cracking or breaking of plaster near channels. Slight damage to dry floor boards when lifting them, carpets not refitting tightly. We cannot be held responsible for repairs of such damage.
Omnia Electrical will require a deposit prior to booking works into their schedule of works unless otherwise agreed first. No other payments will be required until works have been completed. On larger jobs, such as rewires and larger jobs, interim payments will be required at certain stages and this will be set out in any quotation given.
Omnia Electrical accepts payment in the form of BACS or Debit/Credit cards only.
Card payments are processed via Worldpay and can be taken in person or over the phone.
All materials including fitting,cables and other components remain the property of Omnia Electrical until Full and Final payment is received.
Additional works (that is those not specifically noted within a quote and alterations after it has been first/second fixed) will be charged at £15 per 30 minute intervals. This is based on Omnia Electrical being onsite at the time. Alterations after work is completed and Omnia Electrical is not on site will be charged at the normal rate.
Omnia Electrical will have access to the property on the days agreed. The job duration quoted assumes vacant access and the absence of delays or disruption by other trades. Any delays due to disruption, impeded access will incur additional charges.
Occupants will need to ensure that the floor space of the rooms to be worked in are clear. Delays due to unclear rooms and work area will result in additional charges.
Certificates, where required will ONLY be forwarded and building control notified where needed on receipt of full payment.
Customer data, i.e. names, addresses and emails are used solely for the purpose of invoicing and is not passed to any other parties for marketing or other purposes.
